A fascination with paper led to collecting papers from all over the world. Tea bag paper, fine Japanese papers, old poetry books, old music manuscript.  Dyeing papers with inks, watercolours, tea, coffee. Drawing with the papers to interpret my drawings into collages. Making repeat marks with simple collagraph plates. Experimental printmaking​

Everything I do overlaps, one idea and practice feeding another. This leads to looking deeper into the surface both physically and metaphorically, marrying media, techniques & words.
